This is a book that I didn’t see many people recommending. Don’t know why but this book is as important as any other book related to the top personal development books. As every book on time management suggests ways to do and forces us to do according to what the system says.

The author what he does is he puts light upon the science of timing. He introduces us to the hidden patterns of the day which if we recognize then we all can build an ideal schedule and note here this schedule does not include you getting up early in the very morning. It focuses on the importance of taking breaks and how it can enhance productivity.

Not only that it has got an advice regarding the ideal time to quit a job, switch careers, or getting married.

I personally was surprised reading the contents of this book and so it has to be in my list.
